Fruit Fillings

Colac’s fruit fillings for pies and cakes are bakestable, made with 70% fruit, and absolutely delicious! They add a sweet, tart and fruity flavour to any cake, cheesecake or pie crust, simply spoon in before baking and the result will be a rich, indulgent pie, tart or cake with a sumptuous fruit filling. Our range of 70% fruit fillings includes strawberry, raspberry and black cherry filling, with the strawberry and black cherry featuring chunks of fruit, and the raspberry filling being smoother with seeds.
