White Chocolate and Vanilla Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 1.6kg Callebaut ChocoGelato Bianco (SGC2008)
  • 2.8kg Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 8g Tahitian Vanilla Flavour Bursts (SCF1078)
  • 1g Vanilla Seeds (SCF0568)

Method

White chocolate and vanilla, a combination as old as the hills. But why mess with a classic? This white chocolate soft serve gelato recipe will delight even your choosiest of customers with its subtly sweet and nostalgic flavour. Decorate it however you fancy with topping sauce, nuts and chocolate curls. And don't forget the wafer!

How to Make White Chocolate & Vanilla Soft Serve Gelato:

  1. Heat the milk (70-85°c) 
  2. Add the ChocoGelato Bianco, vanilla flavour and vanilla seeds then blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes 
  4. Then pour into your soft serve machine and churn.
