Ingredients

  • 800g Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 1 Litre of Milk or Dairy Alternative
  • Coffee Flavouring Oil
  • Décor Cocoa Powder
  • Fine Crumbled Biscuit Flakes
  • Whipped Cream or Dairy Alternative

Method

Coffee, biscuit and white chocolate mousse – dreamy! Whip up this Tiramisu inspired mousse and your customers will be begging for the recipe.  

How to Make Tiramisu Mousse: 

  1. Combine 800g Callebaut white chocolate mousse powder with 1 litre of milk or dairy alternative and a few drops of coffee flavouring oil, beat for 5 minutes and scoop into a piping bag 
  2. Layer the white chocolate mousse and crumbled biscuit flakes into glass dishes, dusting each layer with a little cocoa powder, and refrigerate for approx. 6 hours or overnight 
  3. Top with whipped cream and a good dusting of hydrophobic cocoa powder 

 

Enjoyed this recipe? Spice it up a little next time with a splash of coffee liqueur instead of the coffee flavouring oil. Just be sure to reduce your other liquid ingredients accordingly.
