Ingredients

  • 1.6kg Callebaut ChocoGelato Bianco (SGC2008)
  • 1.4kg Water
  • 1.4kg Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 330g Strawberry Flavour Paste (SGF1822)

Method

Strawberries and cream, a classically British combination that will have your customers flocking to try it! Whip up a batch of this indulgent white chocolate and strawberry ice cream recipe in your soft serve machine this summer, made using Callebaut's pioneering ChocoGelato Bianco white chocolate base mix and Colac strawberry flavour paste for a simple yet scrumptious frozen treat!

How to Make Strawberries & Cream Soft Serve Gelato:

  1. Heat the water and milk (70-85°c) 
  2. Add the ChocoGelato Bianco base mix and then blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes 
  4. Add the strawberry flavour paste and blend again 
  5. Then pour in your soft serve machine and churn
