- 1kg of Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)
- 3kg Whole Milk
- 360g Salted Caramel Paste (SGF1818)

With its perfect balance of sweet and savoury, it's delightful on its own and makes a perfect accompaniment for an assortment of puddings and desserts. How to Make Salted Caramel Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°c)
- Add the Colac neutral gelato base mix and blend for 2+ minutes
- Allow to cool, add the salted caramel flavour paste and blend again
- Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally
