Real Coffee FrappShake
Ingredients
- 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/ SGC1006P)
- 2000ml Espresso Coffee (approx 7g per 35ml) = 399g
- 1750ml Whole Milk
- Decorate with chocolate topping sauce (SGF1712) and dark chocolate coffee bean shapes (SDS834)
Method

How to Make a Real Coffee FrappShake:
- Heat the milk to 70°c.
- Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes
- Add the coffee and blend again
- Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn
- Serve and decorate with whipped cream and coffee flavoured chocolate beans!
