Orange Cointreau Gelato
Ingredients
- 1kg of Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)
- 3kg Whole Milk
- 300ml Smooth Orange Juice
- 225g Colac Orange Flavour Paste (SGF1812)
- 117ml Cointreau (SCL100P)

How to Make Orange Cointreau Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°c)
- Add the Colac neutral gelato base and blend for 2+ minutes
- Allow to cool, add the orange juice, orange flavour paste and Cointreau and blend again
- Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally.
Enjoyed this recipe? Make it alcohol free by simply omitting the Cointreau and increasing the orange juice!
