Moulded Crunchy Lollipops
Ingredients
- 2 x transfer sheet SDS612P
- 360g Milk Chocolate 834 (SCC510)
- 20 Lollipop Sticks (SMF5962A)
- 100g Caramelised Nibbed Hazelnuts (SCN234C)
Method
Delicious, artisan chocolate isn't just for the grownups, kids will love these fabulous chocolate lollies! And, okay, adults will definitely enjoy them as well. Simple to make but oh so effective, you can make these lollipops with any chocolate you like and chuck in whatever inclusions you prefer. There's no wrong answer with this recipe!
How to Make Moulded Crunchy Lollipops:
Approx 20 Chocolates in 20 minutes – 23g each
We have used magnetic lollipop mould SMP9020 x 5
- Cut your preferred transfer sheet to size of mould and fit into the base
- Insert the lollipop stick
- Temper the chocolate and pipe or flood fill the mould. Scrape and tap out bubbles
- Sprinkle with Caramelised Hazelnuts to decorate
- Leave to set (at least 20 minutes) and demould
For added crunch, the caramelised hazelnuts can be added into the chocolate before filling.
Don't have a magnetic lollipop mould? Simply pipe chocolate directly onto your chosen transfer sheet, slide a palette knife underneath the sheet and smooth out any bumps or bubbles in the chocolate, pop your stick in and sprinkle your chosen toppings. Once they're set, just peel your lollies off the transfer sheet, et voilá! Perfect chocolate lollipops with your inclusions on one side and a funky transfer on the other!
