How to Make Milk Chocolate Soft Serve Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°c)
- Add the ChocoGelato Fondente and blend for 2+ minutes
- Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes
- Then pour into your soft serve machine and churn
