- 3kg Whole Milk
- 260g Colac Passion Fruit Flavour Paste (SGC1814)
- 340g Ravifruit Mango Purée (SCF0859A)
- 1kg Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)

The combination of creamy white gelato and mouth-watering fruit flavours will have your customers coming back all summer long. It's the perfect accompaniment to a summer pudding with lots of meringue and white chocolate!
How to Make Mango & Passion Fruit Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°C)
- Add the neutral gelato base mix and blend until smooth
- Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes
- Add the mango purée and passion fruit flavour paste
- Blend until combined
- Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes
- Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally
