Mango and Passion Fruit FrappShake
Ingredients
- 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/SGC1006P)
- 1000ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 3000ml Water
- 650g Colac Passionfruit Flavour Paste (SGF1814)
- 170g Ravifruit Mango Purée (SCF0859A)
- DECORATE WITH: whipped cream, mango topping sauce (SGF1718) and passionfruit topping sauce (SGF1720).

How to Make a Mango and Passion Fruit FrappShake:
If you would like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed.
- Heat the milk to 70°c
- Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes
- Add the water, mango purée and passion fruit paste then blend
- Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn
- Extract and decorate as your customers purchase
