Coffee FrappShake

Ingredients

  • 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/SGC1006P)
  • 2000ml Pasteurised Whole Milk
  • 1750ml Water
  • 240g Colac Mocha Paste (SGF1810)

Method

This frozen coffee drink will have your customers queueing out of the door on bright summer mornings! Give them the caffeine kick they need to start their day with a sumptuous coffee gelato frappé, topped off with whipped cream and a drizzle of their chosen topping sauce.

How to Make a Coffee FrappShake:

  1. Heat the milk to 70°C 
  2. Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes 
  3. Add the water and Mocha paste and blend 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
