Cherry Amaretto Gelato

Ingredients

  • 3kg Whole Milk
  • 360g Colac Cherry Flavour Paste (SGF1802)
  • 80ml Amaretto (SCL166)
  • 1kg Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)

Method

Cherry and almond is another classic combination that will keep your customers coming back for more. With all the sweet, comforting flavours of a Bakewell Tart, plus the added kick of Amaretto, this cherry amaretto gelato is a real crowd pleaser!

How to Make Cherry Amaretto Gelato:

  1. Heat the milk (70-85°C) 
  2. Add the Colac neutral gelato base and blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Allow to cool, add the cherry flavour paste and Amaretto and blend again 
  4. Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally
