- 400g Cappuccino Chocolate (SCC600)

Method
Need a hit of sugar to accompany your afternoon coffee? You'll love these cappuccino chocolate squares, they're the perfect sweet treat for caffeine-lovers and chocolate fans alike. And at approximately 75 x 5g chocolates in just 20 minutes, using two ingredients, they're quick and easy to make too!
How to Make Cappuccino Chocolate Squares:
This recipe works with our Tasting Bar Mould SMP8004
- Decorate the moulds by lightly brushing tempered white chocolate into the mould, leaving some areas uncovered to create a marbled effect
- Temper the Cappuccino flavoured white chocolate and fill the moulds
- Scrape off excess and agitate to remove air bubbles
- Allow to cool and demould
