Around the World - Rose, Pistachio & Hazelnut Truffle (Turkey)

Ingredients

  • 160g KerryMaid Whipping Cream Alternative (SCM280P)
  • 280g Dark Chocolate Ocoa - 70.4% (SCC740A)
  • 80g Whole Pistachios (SCN250A)
  • 80g Whole Roasted Hazelnuts (SCN268)
  • 4-6 drops Rose Spice Drops (SCF1284)

Method

How to Make Rose, Pistachio and Hazelnut Truffles:

Makes 35-40 Hand Rolled Truffles

  1. Warm the cream in the microwave.
  2. Then add a drop or two of rose Spice Drops and mix well. It’s best to add a small drop at a time to get the flavour you like.⠀
  3. Leave to set in the fridge (this may take up to 3 hours)
  4. Once set, take out of the fridge, and with a teaspoon take enough ganache to make the required truffle size.
  5. Then roll the truffles in the chopped Pistachios and chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
  6. Pop the truffles back in the fridge after rolling to set further. ⠀
