Peanut Butter Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 1kg Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)
  • 3kg Whole Milk
  • 300g Peanut Paste (SCF0540A)

Method

Create a batch of sweet and nutty soft serve gelato with Colac gelato base mix and Kessko peanut paste. With just three ingredients and a handful of simple steps, you'll be ready to satisfy your customers' cravings for frozen desserts and nut-flavoured treats all in one go!

How to Make Peanut Butter Soft Serve Gelato:

  1. Heat the milk (70-85°c) 
  2. Add the Colac neutral base and blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes 
  4. Add the peanut paste and blend again 
  5. Then pour in your soft serve machine and churn
