Vanilla FrappShake

Ingredients

  • 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/SGC1006P)
  • 2000ml Pasteurised Whole Milk
  • 1750ml Water
  • 8g Tahitian Vanilla Flavour Bursts (SCF1078)
  • Decorate with: whipped cream.

Method

You can't beat a classic vanilla shake, so why fight it? Whip up a batch of our simply delicious Vanilla FrappShake and customise each one however your customers like! You could even add a splash of alcohol to the grown ups' and make a range of indulgent hard shakes!

How to Make a Vanilla FrappShake:

  1. Heat the milk to 70°c 
  2. Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes 
  3. Add the water and vanilla flavouring then blend 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
