Raspberry FrappShake
Ingredients
- 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/SGC1006P)
- 1000ml Pasteurised Semi Skimmed Milk
- 3000ml Water
- 450g Colac Raspberry Paste (SGF1816)
Method
Give your customers a taste of nostalgia with this recipe for our take on a raspberry milkshake, blending quality gelato with raspberry flavouring and ice for a frozen drink that will take them back to the summer days of their youth.
How to Make a Raspberry FrappShake:
If you would like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed.
- Heat the milk to 70°c
- Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes
- Add the water and raspberry paste then blend
- Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn
- Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
Enjoyed this recipe? We decorated ours with whipped cream, raspberry topping sauce (SGF1706) and chopped freeze-dried raspberries (SCF0324P), but you can decorate yours however you like!
