Vegan Chocolate FrappShake
Ingredients
- 760g Callebaut Vegan Chocobase Dark (SGC1000)
- 2000ml Soya Milk
- 1750ml Water
- 450g Callebaut Dark Chocolate (SCC500)
- Decorate with: Vegan whipped cream (available from some vegan food stores)
Method
Not to be left out, your vegan customers will adore this plant-based, dairy-free version of our classic Chocolate FrappShake. Decorate with vegan whipped cream alternative and Colac's Black Cookie topping sauce for a truly decadent, plant-based treat!
How to Make a Vegan Chocolate FrappShake:
- Heat the water to 70°c
- Add the vegan gelato base and chocolate and blend for 2+ minutes
- Add the soya milk and blend again
- Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn
- Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
