Strawberry Gelato
Ingredients
- 1kg of Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)
- 3kg Whole Milk
- 400g Strawberry Flavour Paste (SGF1822)
Method
Strawberry ice cream is a classic flavour, loved by kids and adults alike. Our recipe uses real strawberry purée and milk to create a light, flavourful and satisfying gelato that your customers will never guess has come from a powdered base mix!
How to Make Strawberry Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°C)
- Add the Colac Neutral gelato base mix and blend for 2+ minutes
- Allow to cool, add the strawberry flavour paste and blend
- Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally
