Orange Cointreau Gelato

Ingredients

  • 1kg of Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)
  • 3kg Whole Milk
  • 300ml Smooth Orange Juice
  • 225g Colac Orange Flavour Paste (SGF1812)
  • 117ml Cointreau (SCL100P)

How to Make Orange Cointreau Gelato:

  1. Heat the milk (70-85°c) 
  2. Add the Colac neutral gelato base and blend for 2+ minutes 
  3. Allow to cool, add the orange juice, orange flavour paste and Cointreau and blend again 
  4. Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally. 

Enjoyed this recipe? Make it alcohol free by simply omitting the Cointreau and increasing the orange juice!
