Black Sesame and Yuzu Gelato
Ingredients
- 3kg Whole Milk
- 40ml Yuzu Flavour Burst (SCF1268)
- 80g Toasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 1kg Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006P)

How to Make Black Sesame and Yuzu Gelato:
- Heat the milk (70-85°c)
- Add the Colac neutral gelato base and blend for 2+ minutes.
- Allow to cool, add the Yuzu flavour burst and toasted black sesame seeds and blend again using a stem blender
- Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally
