- 800g Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder
- 800g Callebaut Dark Chocolate Mousse Powder
- 2 Litres of Milk
- Coffee Flavour Oil
- Coffee Flavoured Dark Chocolate Beans

Love a mocha? Enjoy your favourite combination of coffee and chocolate in a new and delicious way – the Double Chocolate Mocha Mousse! The perfect way to end a fantastic meal and turn the final course into a real showstopper.
How to Make Double Chocolate Mocha Mousse:
- Combine each pack of Callebaut chocolate mousse powder with 1 litre of milk or dairy alternative, in two separate bowls
- Beat for 5 minutes and pipe the dark chocolate mousse into a glass
- Top with the milk chocolate mousse and refrigerate for approx. 6 hours
- Before serving decorate with a coffee flavoured chocolate bean and a few chocolate shavings
