Double Chocolate Mocha Mousse

  • 800g Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 800g Callebaut Dark Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 2 Litres of Milk
  • Coffee Flavour Oil
  • Coffee Flavoured Dark Chocolate Beans

Love a mocha? Enjoy your favourite combination of coffee and chocolate in a new and delicious way – the Double Chocolate Mocha Mousse! The perfect way to end a fantastic meal and turn the final course into a real showstopper. 

How to Make Double Chocolate Mocha Mousse: 

  1. Combine each pack of Callebaut chocolate mousse powder with 1 litre of milk or dairy alternative, in two separate bowls 
  2. Beat for 5 minutes and pipe the dark chocolate mousse into a glass 
  3. Top with the milk chocolate mousse and refrigerate for approx. 6 hours 
  4. Before serving decorate with a coffee flavoured chocolate bean and a few chocolate shavings
