Kirsten Tibballs is a world renowned Callebaut Ambassador and one of Australia’s most celebrated pastry chef chocolatiers. Kirsten has represented Australia in many prestigious culinary competitions and won the Worlds’ Best Handmade Chocolates at the World Pastry Team Championship in Las Vegas. Not only does Kirsten run a successful patisserie school, but she has also written two chocolate books and regularly contributes recipes and articles to many of the world’s leading pastry publications. During this two day course Kirsten will share with you her wealth of knowledge on enrobed fillings and handcrafted moulded chocolates. You’ll pick up a range of tips and tricks on finishing techniques and discover exciting flavours with a focus on the latest trends. Learn all about cocoa butter applications and how to achieve that perfect glossy finish.

The course runs 30th April-1 May 2018. You must be buying Callebaut from Keylink at the time of winning the competition. The winner will need to pay for their journeys to and from Banbury, and their accommodation for the duration of the course. There is no cash alternative to this prize.
